How to manage Email Templates for Successfully Generated Backup?

On the Backup Bank’s Navigation Panel, select “Email Templates”.

Once you click on “Email Templates”, you will be redirected to the following page as mentioned below.

Once you are on this Page, then you would need to choose “When Backup is Successfully Generated” from Choose Email Template drop-down.

You can setup the email template as per your requirements.

Here is the description of each control on the page.

Send To : In this field, you would need to provide a valid email address where you would like to send an email notification when backup is successfully generated.

CC : In this field, you would need to provide valid CC Email Address.

BCC : In this field, you would need to provide valid BCC Email Address.

Subject : In this field, you would need to provide the subject for email notification.

Message : In this field, you would need to provide message which has to be sent to the user when backup is successfully generated.

Once everything is being setup, you would need to click on the “Save Changes” button located at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
