How to manage Existing Backups?

On the Backup Bank’s Navigation Panel, select “Backups/Restore – Existing Backups”.

Once you click on “Existing Backups”, you will be redirected to the following page as mentioned below.

Bulk-Action : If you would like to clean Multiple Data together then you would need to tick the appropriate check boxes and then choose “Delete” option from the Bulk-Action drop-down.

Apply Button : After selecting “Delete” option, click on “Apply” button to clean/empty selected data all together.

Start Backup : If you would like to create backup, then click on “Start Backup” button which will redirect you to “Start Backup” page where you can back up your files and folders.

Schedule Backup : If you would like that backup should be created automatically at a particular time after a particular interval, then click on “Schedule Backup” and select when you would like to create backup.

Purge Backups : You can delete unwanted files or backups, which are present in the filesystem.

How to Delete, Restore, Re-run, download backup or log file the backup?

In order to “Delete Backup” from the list of backups as shown above, you would need to click on “Delete Icon” located under the details of the backup in Backup Details column in each row.

By clicking on this button, you would see a confirmation message asking to “Confirm” whether you would like to delete the backup?

Once you press the OK button, the backup would be deleted from the database and stopped for execution in case of Schedule backups.

In order to “Re-Run” any of the backup from the list as shown above, you would need to click on “Re-Run Icon” located under the details given of the backup in Backup Details column in each row.

By clicking on this button, you would see a confirmation message asking to “Confirm” whether you would like to re-run the backup?

Once you press the OK button, the backup would run again.

In order to “Restore” any of the backup from the list as shown above, you would need to click on “Restore Icon” located under the details given of the backup in Backup Details column in each row.

By clicking on this button, you would see a confirmation message asking to “Select” which backup you would like to restore?

Once you select the backup and press OK button, the backup would be restored.

In order to “Download Backup or Log File” from the list of backup as shown above, you would need to click on “Download Backup Icon” or “Download Log File Icon” located under the details given of the backup in “Backup Details” column in each row.

By clicking on this button, you would see a confirmation message asking to “Select” which backup or the log file you need to download?

Once you select the backup or log file and press OK button, the backup or log file would be downloaded.
