How to manually Empty, Delete, Optimize and Repair the WordPress Tables?

On the Clean Up Booster’s Navigation Panel, select Database – Manual Clean Up.

Once you click on “Manual Clean Up”, you will be redirected to the following page as mentioned below.

Here, you will see all the WordPress Tables.

Inbuilt WordPress Tables will be shown in “Red” color and Tables created by you will be shown in “Green” color.

You can “Empty, Delete, Optimize and Repair” the WordPress Tables without opening phpMyAdmin.

This could be achieved by either selecting multiple tables all together or by performing the operation individually on required tables.

These would be steps for performing the operations on multiple tables all together :

  • To perform any of the operations i.e. (Optimize, Repair, Delete or Empty) on multiple tables, you would need to choose the appropriate operation from “Bulk Action” drop-down.
  • Now, you would need to select tables on which you would like to perform action by clicking on check-box located next to each table name.
  • Then you would need to click on “Apply” button.
  • You would then need to wait until the loading bar goes off and a success message is being displayed.

These would be steps for performing the operations on tables individually :

  • To perform any of the operations i.e. (Optimize, Repair, Delete or Empty) on an individual table, you would need to choose the appropriate operation from drop-down located next to each table under the column “Action”.
  • Then you would need to click on “Apply” button.
  • You would then need to wait until the loading bar goes off and a success message is being displayed.

Important Note :

Tables marked in “Red” are inbuilt tables hence these could not perform “Empty” or “Delete” operations as doing the said operations will break your WordPress.

How to view records of the Tables?

On the Clean Up Booster’s Navigation Panel, select Database – Manual Clean Up.

Once you click on “Manual Clean Up”, you will be redirected to the following page as mentioned below.

Here, you will see all the WordPress Tables.

Inbuilt WordPress Tables will be shown in “Red” color and Tables created by you will be shown in “Green” color.

In order to “View Records” of tables, you would need to click on View Records button located next to each table under column “Action”.

Once you click on this button, you would be re-directed to “View Records” page to see the contents as shown below.

You would now be able to see “Records” of every “Table”.

You can also delete records if needed.

In order to delete records from selected table, you would need to follow the following steps.

These would be steps for performing delete operation on multiple records all together :

  • To perform delete operation on multiple records, you would need to choose delete option from “Bulk Action” drop-down.
  • Now, you would need to select records on which you would like to perform action by clicking on check-box located next to each record.
  • Then you would need to click on “Apply” button.
  • Once you click on “Apply” button, you would be able to see a confirmation message before deleting the record. Once you click “OK”, record would be deleted.
  • You would then need to wait until the loading bar goes off and a success message is being displayed.

These would be steps for performing the delete operation on records individually :

  • You would need to click on “Delete Icon” located next to each record which you would like to delete.
  • Once you click on “Delete Icon”, you would be able to see a confirmation message before deleting the record. Once you click “OK”, record would be deleted.
  • You would then need to wait until the loading bar goes off and a success message is being displayed.
